New Layouts and Re-Striping
On a new or repaved lot, we lay out the stalls, aisles, and traffic flow before we paint, so the lot holds as many cars as it safely can.
On an existing lot, we follow your current layout and restore every line to full visibility, or adjust it if your needs have changed.
Surface Preparation
Paint only lasts as long as the surface under it. Before we stripe, we sweep and blow off the lot, remove loose paint and debris, and make sure the pavement is dry.
Then we lay down crisp lines at the right width and film thickness, so they hold up to traffic, salt, and snowplows. We use waterborne or solvent-based traffic paint, chosen to suit the surface, traffic, and weather.
Safety and Compliance
Fire routes and accessible parking aren’t optional. We mark them to your municipality’s requirements and Ontario’s accessibility standards for parking, so your property is ready for fire and by-law inspections.
Our crews work safely around live traffic, pedestrians, and forklifts, with cones and barricades in place until the lines are dry.
Frequently Asked Questions
Most commercial lots in Ontario need restriping every one to two years. Heavy traffic, winter salt, and snowplows wear lines faster, so busy lots and truck courts may need it every year.

Most traffic paint is dry to drive on within about 30 minutes to an hour, depending on temperature and humidity. We keep cones in place until it is ready.
Line painting needs dry pavement and mild temperatures, so the season in the GTA runs roughly from spring through fall. Spring is the busiest time, so booking early helps.
