B.E.S.T. Painting Ltd. was formed in 1994 by Gary McKague and primarily began as a commercial painting company. A humble beginning would mark the start of a remarkable journey.

With Gary’s leadership, a heavy focus was soon placed on the food and automotive industry, setting the stage for a significant shift in the company’s specialization.

Throughout the 90s and well into the 2000s, B.E.S.T. continued to flourish, while the sectors serviced expanded into chemical, plastics, paper & pulp, and more.

For the past two decades, the company has undergone a transformative phase, shifting its focus toward Surface Preparation and Protective Coatings. This move demonstrated a strong commitment to evolving with the changing needs of its clients and the ever-advancing coatings industry.

To ensure the highest level of quality and expertise, B.E.S.T. has established a robust network of professional contacts; collaborating with industry leaders and professionals while gaining insights and knowledge that enriched the company’s capabilities.

In its dedication to fostering talent and expertise, the company established an apprenticeship system, forming lasting relationships with its foremen and new hires. This initiative turned Protective Coatings into a long-term career for its many team members, some of whom have been with the company for 30 years.
